Online Instruction
There are 5 basic tennis strokes - Forehand, Backhand, Volley, Serve and Overhead. Most people have only one or two weaknesses. Opponents exploit these weaknesses. Online instruction from iTUSA will help you correct these problems to win more matches.

Just send us a video clip of you hitting your problem stroke - you can send it online. iTUSA coaches will analyze your stroke and provide you detailed corrections and a side by side comparison for how the stroke should be executed.
